Last year I was a student studying in Groningen and this was my favourite coffee-shop. I used to go everyday, but I remember I never missed a Sunday night there to smoke a few joints and relax! I would like to keep in touch with the barman that speaks Spanish. I hope I'll come back soon so I can smoke a bit of that incredible "Glory"!

My first impression of De Glory was good, this is coming from someone who isn’t a regular hash smoker or coffeeshop goer. It had a nice relaxed atmosphere, and great space cakes - 2.50 Euro each. The chairs are a bit like one's you get in a cinema, but more comfortable. Ordered confidently enough in Dutch, but the bar staff would of also spoke English.

A good place with good personnel that are kind and helpful. They speak English and German. Good stuff for 5 and 15 euro. Ready-made joints are 2,50.

Nice cafe atmosphere.
Was able to sit down & read, and had good coffee.
Lots of young, trendy people.
Pinball machines. Video games.
Purchase wares at the bar.
They offered 2 varieties of hash: black & brown @ €5.00. Didn't ask about pot, but saw 6 different rows of baggies, so I'm assuming the other 4 rows are buds.
Bought 5g of Afghani Black.
A little harsh, and it didn't crumble well, but not bad at all!

Used to be one of the most "layed back" CS in Groningen, but they moved. There is a new owner - or employee. It has become a place where them little teenies in Groningen seem to meet.
One good thing about De Glory is ---> great spliffs for 2,50 . nice & sweet taste - no skunk ! try !
